All Damage Claims Must Be Reported To CLC within 8 Business Hours of receiving your order damaged from the carrier. The likely hood of the order being rejected from a damage claim is much higher is not reported within these time frames in which your claim will be DENIED!

What DO I DO IF A BOX IS DAMAGED?

Ask The Delivery Driver To Record The Box Was Delivered Damaged. Even if there is the smallest mark on the box!
Take Pictures Of The Damaged/ Dirty/ Opened Box Before You Open It
Open The Box and Take Many Pictures Of the Inside Of The Box, Packaging Material
Line up the Items all in one picture so the damaged items can easily be counted by the shipping company
Retain All Packaging, Place broken bottles in a bag and Complete the Form Below. Your sales manager will connect with you once they receive the form completed

The Claim will be submitted with the carrier company. By Submitting this form you agree to NOT DISCARD any of the packaging and components in which a claim has been since submitted. Claims from the insurance company will take 90-120 days to process so please retain all boxes, labels, products as typically they send someone to pick up all damaged product within 60 days of the claim. Prior to discarding these products, please email us to confirm that can be discarded. If you discard the product prior to the claim being closed by the shipper you will be billed the cost of the re-order + freight. If you have any further questions connect with your sales manager.
