The health benefits of fir balsam include relief from pain, respiratory functions, infections, can be used for detoxification and cleaning. Fir Balsam, which has the botanical name ables balsamea, has the crisp pine, freshly chopped wood and snowy evergreen scent.

Blends With: pine, cedarwood, lavender, rosemary

Cautions: Dilute very well before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.
