Description
Our Lime Essential Oil is 100% pure and it’s harvested at its peek season. After the citrus aurantifolia is harvested, the peel is cold pressed to produce a tart, refreshing essential oil. The lime essential oil has antiseptic properties, and it can treat infections and protect against their development. As well as a antiviral, astringent, bactericidal, disinfectant, restorative, and a tonic substance.

Processing Method: Steam Distilled

Description / Color / Consistency: Colourless to Pale Yellow Liquid.

Aromatic Summary / Note / Strength of Aroma: A top note with a medium aroma, it has zesty, sweet, fresh scent characteristic of the fruit.

Blends With: cedarwood, grapefruit, lemon, nutmeg, rosemary

Cautions: This essential oil may contain phototoxic properties and it is suggested to avoid exposure to the sun after application to the skin. Dilute well before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.
