Shipping

CLC will use the best calculated shipping rate for all order’s which will be calculated once the order is processed. Shipping fee’s will be added to the invoice and once the invoice has been paid the shipment will be released  to the carrier for delivery. Please let us know your preferred shipping preferences so we can make the requested arrangements.

Payments

We require FULL payment (excluding shipping charges) at time of order. Order’s will be processed within 14 business days following the last payment. Once the order is complete, we will update the invoice with exact shipping charges.

We accept the following payments:

  • Visa / Mastercard (3% Processing Fee)
  • Cheque/ Money Order

Returns

OC Hair, Bath & Body Care Co. will accept returns on damaged or defective goods only. Damages must be reported at time of the accepted shipment and must be marked on the drivers waybill.  Please simply note “box damaged”. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the package arrived in good order from the delivery company prior to signing for the parcel. Failure to document on the shipper’s delivery notice that the items arrived damaged will result in no exchange of the damaged goods.
