Sample Orders

• Sample orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
• Once your sample order is received, our team immediately begins formulating and packaging your items.
• Sample orders will ship within 7–10 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Policy

Cosmetic Labs Canada strives to provide reliable and efficient shipping services.

Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 10:00 AM are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 10:00 AM are processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeline:

• Orders ship within 5–7 business days after confirmation and receipt of payment.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Business Days:

• Shipping timelines are calculated based on Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Shipping Delays:

• During peak periods, such as holidays, slight delays may occur. We will communicate updates promptly.

Shipping Charges:

• Charges for sample orders are calculated as a flat rate for Canadian, USA, and Mexico destinations.
• Private label, raw materials, and packaging components shipping costs are calculated based on final weight and dimensions after packing. Customers may also provide a waybill for their shipping accounts.

International Shipping:

• Import charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• For shipments to the USA and Mexico, CUSMA/Free Trade Certificates or Certificates of Origin will be prepared upon request.
• For other global destinations, Certificates of Origin are prepared automatically. Please ensure all products comply with your country’s import regulations.

Raw Material & Packaging Components

• Orders for raw materials and packaging components (e.g., bottles, sprayers, pouches) are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
• Import duties for materials shipped to our facility must be prepaid. Any unpaid duties will incur a 10% surcharge.

Label Requirements:

• Labels must be die-cut, not laser-cut. Laser-cut labels will be rejected. Please provide proof of compliance with our label specification sheet.

Private Label Orders

Private Label orders are tailored to your specifications and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.

Order Timelines:

• No Customization:
  • 6–999 bottles per SKU: Ship within 14–21 business days.
  • 1,000+ bottles per SKU: Ship within 4–5 weeks, subject to material availability.
• With Customization:
  • Ship within 3–5 weeks, depending on the arrival of all components and label approval.

Payment & Approval:

• Timelines commence upon receipt of cleared payment and signed final design contracts.

Digital Services

Digital services (e.g., photography, videography, design) are refundable within 48 hours of payment if work has not begun. Once work has started, refunds are not available. We will make revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

Rush Orders:
Rush orders cannot be refunded and incur a premium charge based on order size.

Customer-Sourced Components

Customers providing their own components must:

• Source from ISO-rated suppliers and provide valid certificates.
• Ensure materials meet quality and stability requirements for cosmetic use.
