Once placed, Private Label orders are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. Our Private Label cosmetics are meticulously tailored and packaged exclusively for your brand. Prior to confirming your order, we urge you to thoroughly review it, as online order cancellations cannot be accommodated, especially during peak business periods when our lab and processing facility operate around the clock.

CLC is dedicated to delivering the freshest cosmetics in Canada. We maintain a one-month consumption level of raw materials on hand, ensuring optimal freshness. Larger orders may necessitate additional time to procure bulk materials, upholding our commitment to freshness.

For Private Label (No Customization) orders:

– Orders with 6-999 bottles per SKU typically ship within 14-21 business days.
– Orders with 1000+ bottles per SKU generally ship within 4-5 weeks, contingent on raw material availability. Contact our sales team for current production leads and material sourcing.  Orders exceeding 1000 units require a Purchase Order.

**Delivery times commence from the date of cleared payment and the signed final design contract. To ensure the freshest finished product, we source materials with the same lot numbers directly from our suppliers, striving for quick turnaround times.**

For Private Label WITH Customization orders:

– Orders with customizations, including special order components, usually ship within 3-5 weeks, depending on raw material availability.

The timeframe initiates upon full payment of the purchase order and the provision of the final signed digital label proof or the arrival of the last received components (bottles, caps, raw materials, etc.) at our facility on behalf of the customer or distributor.
