SAMPLE orders  CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED or EXCHANGED.  Our Lab & Processing is open 24/7 during peak times and your orders are processed immediately and all our sample orders are made Fresh for you. Once the order is received our staff will immediately start to formulate and package your sample order. Sample order’s will be shipped within 7-10 BUSINESS days. 


Raw Material & Packaging Components (containers, bottles, sprayers, closures, pouches)  CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED or EXCHANGED once the order is placed.  Our materials are held to the highest Standards. There is no Returns or Exchanges on any packaging, closure or raw material for the safety of our cosmetics! 


Private Label orders  CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED or EXCHANGED once the order is placed.  Our Private label cosmetics are designed and packaged specifically for you and your brand. Please ensure that your order is confirmed before placing your order as we are unable to cancel orders online as our lab & Processing Facility works 24/7 during peak business times.  Private Label orders are shipped typically within 20 Business days from date of the signed digital label approvals or if custom components are RECEIVED (eg bottle, label or fragrance) sent to our facility on behalf of the customer or Distributor. We cannot control components or process flow if the components have not arrived. We are unable to process partial orders so please ensure an accurate eta of ALL components are shipped if your are sending them to our facility or speak with one of our sales managers before placing the online order!


Digital fee’s CAN BE REFUNDED, if the request is received within 48 hours of payment. Note that once an order has started the order is no longer refundable. . Our team will make the required changes to ANY digital are you request to ensure 100% Satisfaction.  Rush order’s will NOT be refunded.


Rush orders CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. Rushed orders are processed as fast as possible. 


Customer’s who wish to send us their packaging, labels, raw materials or any other components must ensure that the items being sent are from an ISO rated distributor with proof of current certificates. Our Quality Assurance Manager will be required to view all documentation to ensure the bottles and components are suitable for the desired use. Appropriately sourced packaging and components is a vital component when confirming product stability.  

IMPORT CHARGES must be handled on your account prior to arriving to our facility. If any component arrives with DUTY/ IMPORT CHARGES C.O.D, a 15% surcharge will be applied to the value from our broker and added to your account. Please ensure all duty is paid on your behalf. 

SOURCED LABELS  by the customer must ensure the labels ARE NOT Laser Cut. Laser Cut Labels WILL BE REJECTED! Labels sourced by your company MUST BE DIE CUT with the appropriate die size. If you are sending us labels from another supplier be sure view and print the SEND LABEL SPECIFICATION SHEET HERE. 


Samples will be Shipped  will be calculated as a FLAT RATE for all Canadian, USA & Mexico Orders 

Will be Calculated at time of shipped and added to the invoice. This is to ensure customers are not paying an inflated rate when calculated online. As private Label contains many variations there is no way to estimate the weight or dimensions of the final products as it is calculated using the finished product dimensions. This cannot be automatically configured as it is based on the options checked by the customer. Our domestic and international rates are based on our volume discount rates. Once the final product is packed our Logistics team will update you with the best shipping cost or you can send a BOL/ Waybill  for pickup using your own shipping account. 


Import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to complete the CUSMA/ Free trade certificates & Certificate of Origin (CofO) for all exported orders. If the order is shipped within Canada, these documents WILL NOT be prepared unless requested at time of payment. CofO cannot be completed once the order leaves our facility.

Please ensure the cosmetics or ingredients are approved for importation in your Country. Cosmetic Labs Canada only assesses products within North America. Shall you require any  additional information our team will be happy to provide it to ensure easy export/ Import.
